Transparent pricing. No surprises.
Programs save 10–12% versus booking sessions individually. Every program includes preparation, 2-hour guided at-home dosing sessions by secure video, and a dedicated integration session after every dose — all with me, a licensed psychotherapist, not a coach or an app.
Starter
1 preparation · 2 dosing (2h each) · 2 integration
Matches your initial two-dose prescription. Ideal if you’re new to ketamine.
Core
1 preparation · 4 dosing · 4 integration, over 6–8 weeks
The full arc for depression, anxiety and burnout.
Depth
1 preparation · 6 dosing · 6 integration · 1 clinical hypnotherapy session
For trauma, complex PTSD and attachment work.
Integration Only
Single 50-minute session.
For clients receiving ketamine elsewhere (Mindbloom, Joyous, a clinic) who want a licensed therapist to integrate the experience.
Good to know
What’s billed separately
Medical care is provided by my prescribing partner and billed by them directly: an initial video evaluation with medication (typically around $350–400), then follow-up visits with refills as your program continues. If you have questions about the medical side, I’ll walk you through it on our consult.
Insurance & superbills
I don’t bill insurance directly. Psychotherapy sessions (preparation, integration) can be provided on a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement; coverage varies by plan. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
Why not just use an app?
Subscription ketamine services mail you medicine and offer a brief check-in. In KAP, the therapy is the treatment — a trained psychotherapist holding the session while the medicine opens it, then integrating what surfaced into your life. That’s what produces lasting change rather than a temporary lift.
